The Beatitudes found at the beginning of the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5:1-12) are a mind-set and heart-set for Kingdom Living. Those who are in Christ Jesus become living beatitudes - walking, talking blessings to the world. These words of hope and healing declare blessings upon those who have been marginalized and persecuted. They are a blessed invitaiton that welcomes the excluded into the Kingdom of God.
